We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Growth Lead to drive the expansion of our consulting wing, Value4x Management Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our client base, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying innovative solutions to address client challenges. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual with a deep understanding of the consulting business cycle, Dubai's public and private sector landscape, and emerging technologies such as digital transformation, data management, and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, engage, and acquire new business opportunities in the public and private sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers in Dubai's business ecosystem.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tender proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Actively manage the consulting sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Leverage Value4x’s expertise in digital transformation, data management, and artificial intelligence to offer cutting-edge, tailored solutions to clients.
  • Represent the company in industry events, networking forums, and client presentations to create new connections and establish the brand’s presence.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and trends to identify opportunities for innovation in consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and prepare periodic reports on performance metrics.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, consulting, or a related role, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s public and private sector entities and their procurement and tendering processes.
  • Knowledge and experience in digital transformation, data management, and artificial intelligence projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CXOs and senior executives.
  • Innovative thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in tender management and proposal writing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital presentation platforms.
  • Technology acumen and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to commute and drive within Dubai and surrounding areas as required.
  • Positive, client-oriented attitude with exceptional negotiation skills.
